Electrical design subcontractor for Visualize Engineering & Design to provide utility services, power distribution, and lighting design for the renovation of the Merzlock building located in Pocatello, Idaho. Design involved modification of the existing single utility service to include provision for four tenant occupancy of the building. Design initially involved the development of generic power and lighting designs within each unit to allow for future occupancy of building tenants. Three of the four units were later designed for specific tenants, including a physical therapy office, a health spa, and a hot yoga studio, each with specific and unique electrical considerations to meet tenant needs and code requirements.

Construction for the three designed units was completed on schedule and each of the businesses are currently operational.
